An optimum state of mind has been proven to abate the complications of some major psychological conditions. This book uses the art of storytelling to narrate relatable incidences that mirror some pertinent mental health issues affecting the modern world. It educates and creates more awareness about them and gives therapeutic coping mechanisms as inspired by professional mental therapists and life lessons
