This Book is a synthesis of the history of Colima which had been molded by the people life style, the identity of the region through its landscapes, politics, economy, and above all the daily life of a state which built its identity thought marginalization. The author shows in this brief history a state who build its own way of life first against the New Spain, and after in opposition to Michoacán and Jalisco when Mexico obtain its independence.
