Feelings of joy, heartache, amusement, fear, forgiveness and grace are but a few of the emotions captured in the stories. Sharon McDougle is a native Texan living in the metro Houston area. Her faith and family are her priorities and her loves. Her husband was the most ardent fan of her writing, encouraging her through the dark days of writer's dry spell. After losing him just shy of their 50th anniversary, Sharon took the steps to publish her first book of short stories.
