this volume is designed as the third in a series of three books addressing electrostatic discharge (esd) physics, devices, circuits and design. it will be the first book to address the increasingly important area of esd within rf devices and circuits. the author is an authority in this field and plans to adopt a tutorial style approach addressing the increasing information requirement amongst rf circuit designers and communications engineers. methods of esd prevention and protection will be outlined in relation to the full range of rf devices and systems.
