Returning to the role of hiring manager, I realized that young adults STILL don't know the elementary basics for getting their first job and it's not entirely their fault. Education focuses on career jobs, but nobody tells them how to get hired at McDonalds, Pizza Hut or the like as they work their way through school. That's why I wrote this book.
