About the book: It is written in a straightforward and engaging method for everyone to understand. Motivations: I have trained several people on employability skills and interviewed numerous candidates over the past eight years then found out common mistakes that takes place during these sessions. As a result I have learnt and understood what can be added as a value to improve people skills. My passion is to educate more in this field.
