I am a chef at a large primary school in Manchester where the children all call me Chef Martin. I have created this book so that families can cook together during Lockdown to enjoy some tasty recipes and to bring some classic school meals home and some additional treats. With all the hard work being carried out by health professionals to keep us as healthy as possible during this difficult time, I thought it would be worthwhile trying to raise a little money for our wonderful NHS. I hope you enjoy the recipes. They are designed to be really simple to make, use things we often have in our cupboards, to avoid additional shop visits, and are relatively cheap.
