Rylie Novak moves to the town of Woodhaven, Washington in the hopes of making a better life for herself and her fifteen-year-old son, Jesse. It doesn't take long for her to realize fate has other ideas. Almost immediately, Jesse ends up under the scrutiny of the local police department
