Taiji Art of Relaxation and Breathing (TARB) is a self-cultivating exercise as well as a warm-up exercise for Taijiquan. As a self-cultivating exercise, TARB can be practiced independently. Recommend doing TARB at least one time every day. Doing TARB provides fundamentals of relaxation, gravitation, balance, and qi soaring, promoting longevity, curing chronic illness, and improving health. As a warm-up exercise, TARB trains the practitioners to intentionally master the above fundamentals throughout Taijiquan solo and/or defense-offense applications.
