It makes no difference if they are a robber or a judge, the greatest deterrent to committing wrong is by exposure. Humans will deter from doing wrong if they believe someone is watching. This book is to expose the wrong, teach some legal issues, encourage change in our laws, and hopefully keep someone else from falling into the same snares. Bernie's greatest desire for publishing this book is to see his children again who he has been wrongfully deprived from for well over two years.
