Before and after these soulful sojourns, the reader gets to participate in this jaunt into Black love through exercises, throughout the book, which are followed by a list of Black love ingredients and affirmations for everyday consideration. This book, is not written as a discourse about segregation or division, but rather to invite everyone to understand, explore and appreciate the beauty of Black Love, in a very diverse world. .
