How do we recognise and draw together the gifts that come from different cultures? How can we grow amongst people of all backgrounds, not least those with whom we most struggle to make an impact? How can we develop leadership from across the whole range social and ethnic groups in our society? So that we bring our diversity together in our united worship of the our one Saviour and King.
