Problems of forming and development tendencies of leather goods assortment for the purpose of clothes designing are considered in the monograph, a role of film formers in forming quality of natural leathers is determined, methods of solving problems of pattern placing at automated clothes designing are studied, economical efficiency of new assortment introduction is calculated.
