The Christian faith is presented as an informal, joyful experience, bringing hope and encouragement to life. Luke, the physician, writes to his friend Theophilus to tell him the story of extraordinary recent events which would change the world forever. About the Author Nancy grew up on a farm in the South of England, before going to Sherborne School for Girls in Dorset. She trained as a registered nurse at St. Thomas' Hospital in London. After marrying her Naval husband, Richard, they settled in Australia with their three children. During the last eight years of a long nursing career, while supervising students in the nursing faculty of Monash University, she helped initiate a Palliative Care Service on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria.
