Understanding the emotions of other web personalities is a key point in building harmonious relationships between web community users, which helps to easily establish contacts with individuals and receive more benefit from web-based communication. Increasing emotional intelligence consist in the development of self-awareness, possession of emotions, motivation, and development of social skills. These skills are most effective in conflict resolution and stress management. Quality emotion management avoids emotional burnout of personality. Web-based stress management is an integral quality of team players and leaders. We have explored the specifics of web-based communication. Attention is also paid to emotive features, microblogging, the efficiency of using data verification in online community management. Web-based stress management intervention was investigated using computer-linguistic analysis of web community content. Emotional manipulator detection in digital communication helps to avoid conflicts.
