On Sept. 8, LaRouche will be 92 years of age, and is still leading the fight for that shift. If enough people join that fight, victory can be achieved. Wouldn't it be poetic justice for the Congress to begin impeachment proceedings against Obama when it returns Sept. 8, LaRouche's birthday?
