Wanting to help her three boys and the children in their classes, she started writing mini meditations. I AM LOVED is one that was written for her youngest son and his preschool class. "Having the children relax through breathing, and then taking them on an adventure in their very own secret garden was a fun, interactive way for me to be involved with my boys when they were younger. Hearing the "adventures" during their meditation afterwards was one of my favorite things about the whole experience."
