He later embarked on his career endeavors in Corporate America with a career in Finance and Leadership that has spanned over 10 years at a Top 25 Fortune 500 company. Derius expanded his knowledge by earning a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership. This led to the formation of Mindwarped Enterprize LLC, a consulting firm focused on business and career development in which he serves as CEO.
