When we think about the violence and war that surround our present reality, we can find some small answers in this book. Finally, since institutional racism still remains as one of the largest problems in the USA, we find a compelling commentary on that subject in the book of Ruth. Love is the theme of Ruth and should be the theme of the Christian's worldview today.
