Legal terms include; sole trader, partnership, corporation, company, PLC, etc. Example, one can create businesses under health, environment, security, traveling, leisure, games gambling, retail shops etc." Time management is very important, and most business entrepreneurs want straight to the point information, hence this publication gives guidelines.Having academic qualification is not always the key, these have been proved by many people include Bill Gates of Microsoft, Richard Brunson of Virgin, Allan Sugar etc I James Safo came to United Kingdom with only ten pounds wearing Oxfam clothes, became international entrepreneur without “A” level or university degree, yet I managed to owe about ten businesses at the same time include College, six healthcare homes, office and secretarial service, recruitment, letting and care agencies lasted over twenty- five years. Then due to miscarriage of justice, I lost everything. I said to myself “Going down is accident but staying down is choice” A lot of successful business people like had been bankrupt during their journey but did not give up I now have many university and college degrees and diplomas.( over twenty professional qualifications) I have now written and published more than twenty- five non-fiction books, all available in paper- back, eBooks, in religion, Law, accounting, healthcare, counselling, Poems ,business etc.Business set up and managing needs commitment, but rewards is great. You will encounter difficulties include jealousy, conspiracy to bring you down, but have the 3P (patience, perseverance and persistence) and remember, when hard time happen in business, take it as normal but do not let it discourage you.
