Perhaps he or she is considering an aviation career or are about to finish A&P School. Maybe he or she is leaving the military. In any case, they have a bright future ahead of them and are curious about what awaits them in the aviation business. The second reader has been in the business for three years or more and is wondering how to advance their career in their current work environment. The third reader has a good idea where he or she is going and wants to see whether or not they're on track. The last reader is someone who has perhaps been laid off or is currently looking for work. I also discuss the proper way to interact with your co-workers and your team. I talk about management, how we in the industry as blown it and how we can achieve better results in the coming age.
