Catherine Saint-Cyr Anderson was once described as "a shot of pure oxygen" by one of her poet friends, and so it is. Whether traveling or at home, the author has an appreciative eye for the natural beauty of her surroundings: the ocean, perhaps, or the familiar northern landscape of mountains and clearings, beneath an ever-changing sky.
