Based on the 3D-animated television series Franklin and Friends, the popular Franklin and Friends book series is known for relatable stories that offer useful advice for young children on navigating their social lives. In this story, the friends model the diverse ways every child can be a superhero with his or her own unique superpower, helping to promote self-esteem. This book would work beautifully for character education lessons on perseverance, cooperation and teamwork. With the group's meticulous process of looking for clues and deciphering what they mean, it also offers a terrific example of how much fun it can be to figure things out.
