Reseña del libro "A Banker$ Life: The Diary of a Worker Bee (en Inglés)"

Sandy K. Jones began her banking career as a teller, just one of the many worker bees providing the first line of service to bank users-and the first line of defense against upset customers. Over the years, Sandy has been yelled at by complete strangers, dealt with unexpected drive-thru visitors, and worked with the best and worst the industry has to offer. She survived it all with a deft sense of humor. From the small family atmosphere of a community bank to large banks where people take a back seat to sales quotas, Sandy's seen it all. If you've ever wondered why the lines at banks are so long, A Banker$ Life has the answer! Banks offer a view of the world in miniature. Watching her customers, Sandy has seen the times change-and not always for the best. When she started, manners were proper, and dress was conservative-a stark contrast to today's environment of disrespect and barely there clothing. Yes, Sandy's seen it all. If you've ever suffered under the yoke of an unpleasant boss, been betrayed by a coworker, or had to deal with rude, angry, or just plain weird customers, you'll emphasize with Sandy's touching, funny stories.
