This story is about two very different country's reaction to modern security in the aftermath of the terrorist events on September 11, 2001. It is about two airports among the most important in the world and how they treat their users. One of the airports handles passenger's comfort and happiness in high standard and as a very important part of their culture. The other one went astray and fell to the bottom of passenger's satisfaction, contentment, and well-being. This book offers suggestions of bringing U.S. airports back to a high level of passenger comfort as they once were and make commercial flying enjoyable and safe for everyone once again.
