This model consists of seven stages and has been applied during the last twelve years in more than 20 well reputed companies in Iran successfully. The four-period version of this model, known as AMIF, is used for creation of shared vision among the senior managers of a company and preparation of strategic plan and strategy map for the company, based on the created shared vision.
