Christian Tears of Pakistan: FALSELY ACCUSED Under Blasphemy Law 295-BC (en Inglés)
Reseña del libro "Christian Tears of Pakistan: FALSELY ACCUSED Under Blasphemy Law 295-BC (en Inglés)"
Pakistan is a great country, but it is neither easy nor safe to live there when you are a Christian. In Pakistan, Christians face new challenges every day. There is rejection, hatred, and discrimination toward Christians, who are considered second- or third-class citizens. Even the lowest grade Muslim is more powerful in Pakistan than any Christian, as we are always living under a threat hoping that nobody accuses us of blasphemy falsely. A sense of insecurity and uncertainty is always chasing us. Christians do not feel safe because it is very easy to target them due to hatred toward Jesus Christ and His followers. Even if no harm is done, I can be charged under the blasphemy law. The brutal fact is that even though there will be no proof that blasphemy was committed, there will be many people who will be ready to witness falsely. Just one announcement from an Imam over a mosque's loudspeaker will provoke a whole community, and an aggressive mob will come out to kill and burn Christians and set up a court or do justice on the road. I always feel, Am I an alien in my own country? Christians are not safe in Pakistan, as Muslims claim that Pakistan is for Muslims and was made for that purpose. The fate of Christians in Pakistan is to live under a constant threat of persecution that sometimes can lead to death. Ironically, the world also treats us in a similar fashion, thinking that if we are from Pakistan, we must be terrorists. In a way, Pakistani Christians have no place on this planet. Pakistanis think that America and the West are Christian, so whenever something happens against Islam in America or the West, Christians have to pay the price in Pakistan. Pakistanis consider that Christians who live in Pakistan are also responsible because America and the West are Christians. Even though Pakistani Christians love Pakistan more than anyone else and have never been involved in any anti-Pakistani activity, they always become the target of many. This book is a mission in itself, compiled to help people to understand the challenges and sufferings of Pakistani Christians. It is the cry and the tears of every Pakistani Christian. We salute all Pakistani Christians, especially those who have been martyred in the name of Jesus Christ, those who are injured, and those who are in jail, not because they have committed any crime, but because they believe in Jesus Christ and are Christians in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The intent of this book is to inform the rest of the world, especially the Christian world, about what is happening in Pakistan because of the very dangerous blasphemy law, 295-BC.
