Courting Pandemonium (en Inglés) - Fredrick Barton

Set against the landmark Title IX ruling of the 1970s, Courting Pandemonium looks back at a defining moment in equal rights history with the poignancy and absurdist humor that have become Barton's trademark.

Raised by an outspoken single mother, Mac coaches women's high school basketball in a New Orleans public school. But when he encourages star athlete Barbara Jeanne Bordelon to try out for the boys' team, the earth opens up beneath them. Radical feminists and evangelical Christians descend from opposite directions, while Mac struggles to be a decent man in an indecent world.
