It is Sam's hope that all Black Americans and Black People around the world will be inspired to embrace their rich heritage and intelligence, by moving away from destructive behaviors perpetuated by negative stereotypes and ignorance. Sam's focus is not only to get all Black People to love and respect themselves as a race, but also to get all races and nationalities to love and respect one another as one human family. I speak against unnecessary police force and brutality. And I also speak against black-on-black violence and crime. I often quote "violence and crime is never the answer to solving any problem. Love is always the answer, the ultimate solution to solving any problem.

Through this book Sam hopes that all readers recognize and grasp the fundamental truth that change and improvement within the black community begins with us. We must have self-love and mutual respect for ourselves. Without this foundation, we as a people cannot expect other races and nationalities to treat our community with love and respect. Moreover, our main focus should be on uplifting and supporting one another rather than tearing each other down and it's essential to assist each other in overcoming the challenges of our past and present, offering encouragement and prayers. We have the gift of love to possess incredible power to combat hatred. Love encompasses everything that is needed to address the longstanding issues that have plagued our people for centuries. Through this book 'Do Black Lives Really Matter' I want to educate his readers more about the black race and how we as a Black Race should stand for one another.
