The aim of this research is to explore various Asana where the position of thorax, in three dimensional space is altered will be taken and their effect on broncho- pulmonary segments drainage will be studied theoretically with respect to Postural Drainage as mentioned in Physiotherapy.This study will help to recommend the specific Asana for a specific person, during specific season and specific body temperament (Deha Prakriti). On the basis of this work further survey study on healthy volunteer can be conducted. It will also help in suggesting Purvakarma in Panchkarma.The study has been summed up according to the aims and objectives of the dissertation mentioned in it. In this dissertation an effort has been made to define the Asana as per to increase the broncho-pulmonary drainage in a healthy individuals.
