Full-Tilt Boogie is not that novel. Full-Tilt Boogie is, however, a raucous, rowdy, occasionally raunchy ride down the tumultuous path that life veers off on for lifelong pals Chase Damour and JC Kingman, when JC becomes rich beyond either of their wildest dreams. It should all be simple enough, but like life its own self, nothing is ever as simple as it would seem. The story unfolds through Chase's eyes, spun with his own unique perspective and style: usually blunt, often politically incorrect, sometimes crude and, every once in a while, surprisingly insightful in his own cynical way. Along their journey, Chase and JC must weave their way through a maze of colorful characters: from corrupt politicians and egocentric celebrities to decadent debutantes and mysterious sages, each and every one of them contributes something to the boys' search for answers to the riddles that their lives have become.
