The testimonies contained are intended to be used as sources to motivate each individual in taking care of their body. Within this text, you will find that science, biology, and the bible agree more often than not on what it takes to be healthy. The human body when we seek to comprehend it, we find out how awesome God is in His intellectual, biological, and scientific abilities. He has created the human body, so that it operates as the most wonderful living machine ever designed. Through exercise and nutrition is how we keep it operating at full capacity.
