One of the joys of writing music for me is to explore the many colorful sounds that are available in an orchestra. With the advent of midi, and current music publishing and recording technology, the orchestra has emerged in home studios such as mine which has been very exciting for me, and in turn gives you the opportunity to explore these options in your church. Needles to say, anything is possible. You may find it suitable to your needs to use only some of the options for parts to any particular song and mix those with your church band who may even be using different publications of Christ, Our Savior Songbook from which these 12 songs come. Thank you Lord, for these exciting times and the software availability that led to the publication of this edition.
