Holy Spirit is the love existing between God the Father and God the Son. As the Spirit of love, He is not sent to destroy, rather to strengthen the Church and the Children of God and to renew the face of the earth. However, the Holy Ghost destroys evil spirit and evil men when they challenge the power of God. That is why He struck Ananias and Sephira dead because of insincerity (Acts 5: 1-10). He also struck Bar-Jesus blind for misleading the people by false prophecy (Acts 13: 10-11). At the same time, the Holy Ghost is a God of love. He descended on the Apostles on Pentecost day in form of Tongues of fire. That was the origin of "Holy Ghost Fire". He is also a fire that reversed the confusion that arose from the Tower of Babel by bringing understanding among the followers of Jesus Christ. It is a taboo to use the "Holy Ghost Fire!" as a curse. The Holy Ghost is neither matches nor lighter. In addition, He is not a thunder being called upon to strike an enemy.
