My mother, Marian Peterson, is a vivacious, exciting and energetic woman. She's in Heaven now. And she still has the same personality she had on earth with us. We were the 3 musketeers. Mother wrote this journal during an interesting couple of years for us. At the beginning we travel from Alabama to New Jersey for my new job working at Fort Dix as a civilian employee. We can't find a place to stay so we move into the park. This was an interesting, unusual 3 month stay. From there we moved into a half of a duplex yielding new exciting happenings. From Fort Dix we get my next job at Fort Eustis, Virginia. The street of our dream home becomes flooded with boats of neighbors in the deluged street. Water fills our house. Mother's tale includes conversations with our big German shepherd dog and our 5 or so cats. This true story shows Mother's faith and trust in our Lord through our troubles and also in many humorous situations.
