The model is rigorously validated through existence and uniqueness analysis using the Picard-Lindelf theorem. Sensitivity and uncertainty analyses identify key drivers of infection, including TB transmission rate, infectiousness modification factors, and treatment rates for latent TB cases. Numerical simulations show that improving treatment accessibility, especially for latent TB and co-infected individuals, significantly reduces both TB and HIV incidence. The study highlights that timely and accessible treatment is crucial for controlling HIV-TB co-infection and demonstrates the value of fractional-order models in designing effective public health intervention strategies.
