This book is over 750 pages and covers injustice in North America from 1945 to 2025. There are about 23 countries, but this book covers 15, namely, CanadaUSA, México, Belize, GUATEMALA, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica Panama, Caribbean, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Bahamas, BarbadosTrinidad and Tobago. Injustice can be defined as the condition of being unfair and lacking justice, as an unjust action, or as the violation of people's rights. Three significant injustices include (i) the fact that black Americans are considerably more likely than white Americans to perceive criminal injustice. (ii) that regardless of race, members of the surplus population are significantly more likely than members of other classes to perceive criminal injustice; and (iii) that class position conditions the relationship of race to the perception of criminal injustice, with the division between the races in these perceptions being most acute in the professional managerial class. These findings constitute substantial evidence that race and class conflict exist about issues of criminal injustice, and that neither can be appropriately understood without consideration of the other. North America's history is marked by systemic injustices inflicted upon Indigenous peoples, African Americans, and other marginalised groups. These injustices include: - *Colonialism and Genocide*: European colonisation led to the displacement, violence, and genocide of Indigenous peoples, with an estimated 90% population decline. - *Slavery and Racism*: Transatlantic slavery and ongoing racism have perpetuated inequality and oppression against African Americans. - *Broken Treaties and Land Theft*: The US and Canadian governments broke treaties, seized land, and forced assimilation on Indigenous peoples. - *Racial Profiling and Police Brutality*: Systemic racism persists in law enforcement, with disproportionate impact on Black and Indigenous communities. - *Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women*: High rates of violence against Indigenous women and girls remain unaddressed. - *Residential Schools and Boarding Schools*: Forced assimilation policies caused intergenerational trauma.
