Reseña del libro "JACK SLADE and the Unreliable Witness (en Inglés)"

Lieutenant Jack Slade, a homicide detective for the Las Vegas Police Department, with only six months experience as the department's lead homicide detective, finds himself charged with solving his first drive by shooting murder. A popular radio personality has been brutally gunned down on the Las Vegas Strip, leaving virtually no clues, and the only witness Slade has seems to be unreliable. The crime mysteriously and tragically leads to the death of five people. He teams up with an ex-jock, Turner Blakeney, a rookie detective, who uses the techniques of Sherlock Holmes, and with the media nipping at their heals, they attempt to solve the near unsolvable crime. Their investigation leads them all the way to the Adirondacks in Upstate New York, where they join with the NYPD, in a dangerous mission, designed to capture their number one suspect. On the rebound from an unpleasant divorce, Lieutenant Slade, stumbles into a love-hate relationship with his assistant, Sergeant Lucy Bryant, that complicates his life and leads to a day of decision. JACK SLADE and the Unreliable Witness is a thriller that's a masterful blend of dialogue and suspense.
