After being ignored for centuries, everyone suddenly wants a piece of Osborn's formerly worthless island. Sammy is very secretly after what he believes is buried treasure on the island to escape his mother Imelda. Imelda covets the land for political and financial leverage. Nick fears losing his family's centuries-old fishing business unless he can convince his father, Osborn, to sell or lease the island. Meanwhile, Keith schemes to block Imelda so the town can take the property under eminent domain. Osborn's friends, the posse, rally to protect the island from incursions. Osborn remains resolute: nobody's getting his island.
