Sanford has 35 years of experience in the customer service and IT industries having worked in software, bank card, and health insurance industries. He has an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Sanford lives in Kentucky with his loving wife, Karen, and his tribe of fur kids. He is the stepfather of two wonderful daughters, Stephanie and Samantha.
