Reseña del libro "Music for Children Volume 2: Major – Drone Bass-Triads (en Inglés)"
This volume is designed for teachers, classroom music leaders, and students participating in creative music learning. It supports lessons, group activities, and home practice with approachable material suited for developing musicians. As part of the Orff Schulwerk approach, it offers a hands-on way to explore rhythm, melody, and coordinated ensemble work.
The collection presents songs and instrumental pieces built on the full major scale, with accompaniments using drone bass patterns and later simple triads. Material ranges from short ostinato patterns to dances, recorder pieces, and glockenspiel settings. Text appears in English, and the layout encourages flexible teaching pathways for music classrooms and studio environments.
The progressive structure helps students build confidence and technique while improving rhythmic accuracy, reading skills, and cooperative performance. It gives educators a reliable music teacher resource and supports consistent practice through familiar forms and engaging activities. Each section encourages exploration and creativity, making it adaptable for group or individual study.
