Reseña del libro "My First Chapbook of Poems"

Invented in the late 1400s and prevalent through the 1700s, chapbooks were a form of affordable, popular literature for the general public. Continuing this tradition, My First Chapbook of Poems presents twenty wholesome, realistic, positive poems for children. Showcasing sixteen different poetry forms and a variety of age-appropriate subjects, this collection introduces young readers and listeners to the joys of poetry recitation. Written by AMI Primary Diploma holder Mary Da Prato with hand drawn illustrations by Genevieve DeVaney Da Prato, BFA, MAT, My First Chapbook of Poems is suitable for children ages approximately three through seven, their families, and teachers.
