My motto was; 'there's no one out there to help me, so I found the strength to help myself'. I wrote this book from the heart as I, myself, have suffered abuse from childhood to adulthood. My life is perfect now but it's safe and peaceful and you can't put a price on your safety or living in peace; its priceless. This book will guide you and hopefully give you the strength to find a way to leave domestic violence and face any challenges in front of you to gain back who you are and you deserve to be a stronger happier person.
