He introduces the reader to his friend, Cue as a young person growing up in New York City Housing Project who became addicted to drugs and personal turmoil depicts his yearning for God, and ultimately, the reality that many other drug abusers live in. But there is always deliverance, as Cue later becomes introduce to The Lady Angelina who told Cue that God would set him free from drugs. So she told Cue she would like to pray for him, and Cue said please do with tears still in his eyes. So she began praying for Cue asking God to help him and strengthen his mind. After she prayed for Cue she told him everything was going to be all right. Although Cue eventually returned to drugs, his faith in God never left; Cue's final days on earth revealed a love from his family and friends. Melvyn Woolord shares how he has managed to come to terms with grief of the lost of a friend, and how he came to terms with the challenges of a young person growing up in New York City Housing Projects as he provide perspective and closure in this story.
