The importance of motivation within the mind of the business student, entering the university and hearing about multinationals around the world, successful cases of entrepreneurs, theories that arouse enthusiasm in people, etc., are all considered motivating factors that lead the student to dream of self-fulfillment and esteem, as Maslow says. However, often what motivates a student goes far beyond what a classroom can offer, ranging from interaction with the teacher, with friends, to graduating from the course, proving that they are capable, in other words, they are often simple things, but they make a difference.
