You know when you have all these thoughts that come into your head and after spending a few minutes on them they sort of fizzle away, well, this is what this book is about. We all have these thoughts, silly thoughts, absurd thoughts, wise thoughts, angry thoughts, all sorts of things go through your mind daily. Our brains are hyper active and doesn't stop.Sometimes, we smile at our own silliness and sometimes we just need to vent, especially when someone winds you up; even if it's only to ourselves.
