James Ian Flynn, también conocido por su marca de internet, BumbleKing, es un escritor de cómics estadounidense-canadiense. Actualmente colabora como escritor para la serie de cómics Sonic the Hedgehog de IDW Publishing y sus spin-offs.

Flynn fue anteriormente el escritor principal de la serie de cómics Sonic the Hedgehog de Archie Comics y sus diversos spin-offs. Su trayectoria comenzó en 2006 con Sonic the Hedgehog #160 y duró hasta su cancelación en 2017. También escribió dos episodios para la segunda temporada de Sonic Boom y varios cómics relacionados con la serie de videojuegos Sonic the Hedgehog.
