SOS Life Enhancement opens the doors to mental & personal well-being. The basic premise in this book contends that there is a need for support and, in some cases personal support, a person's need for help and the ability to help others. We start with the need to understand the physical brain and its functions, which is the control center for the psychological make-up of a person. We open the doors to mental and personal awareness and personal well-being, and to do that we use 10 steps in cognitive behavior identification and modification. We also deal with the evaluations of stress, assessments of the stresses and analysis that measures the stress. When a person deals with these methods they should not deal with any problem without realizing, if they open old wounds, there is a need to finish the healing process. In some instances people second guess their thinking it is better to leave those old feelings alone until a person is ready to face the problem.
