Gwenda Bond, nacida en 1976 en Jackson County, Kentucky, es una escritora estadounidense reconocida por sus novelas de fantasía, ciencia ficción y romance juvenil. Es autora de más de una docena de libros, incluyendo la primera novela oficial del universo Stranger Things, titulada Mentes peligrosas (Suspicious Minds, 2019), que se convirtió en un éxito de ventas del New York Times. También ha escrito la trilogía Lois Lane, compuesta por Fallout (2015), Double Down (2016) y Triple Threat (2017), y la serie Cirque American, que incluye Girl on a Wire (2014) y Girl in the Shadows (2016).

En el ámbito de la comedia romántica paranormal, Bond ha publicado Diabólicamente sexy (Not Your Average Hot Guy, 2021) y su secuela Una cita en el infierno (The Date from Hell, 2022). Su novela, Mr. & Mrs. Witch (2023), combina romance y magia en una trama de espionaje.
