The Bad Word Planet (en Inglés) - Carmen Frech Oliveri

A positive story about a four year old boy and his mother working on effective communication and the use of appropriate language during moments of frustration. Matteo goes through a series of frustrating scenarios commonly experienced by children his age and utters a "bad word." The story continues as his mother provides him comfort and illustrates the various words that he can use instead including kind words, safe words and silly words. The author provides light humor and demonstrates how giving these alternative words gives the child the power to express and control big emotions.
